Casa Gustà, in the heart of Gràcia, still maintains the structure and decoration of the family mansion it used to be, even though it is currently an old people’s home.

Cultural heritage
A mansion built in 1910 that merges Gothic features, such as the pointed arch over the doorway and the double-lancet windows, with Catalan Art Nouveau floral reliefs and wrought ironwork.
The municipal architect Jaume Gustà i Bondia was given an honourable mention in the artistic buildings competition for his exemplary use of the applied arts: mural paintings, ceramic mosaics, stained-glass windows and tropical woodwork.

Observacions
Palauet construït per Jaume Gustà entre 1907 i 1910, com a residència pròpia. Té façana a dos carrers i una altra que aboca al jardí privat. És un bell exemple de modernisme goticista, amb elements típics del neogòtic, com l'arc ogival de la porta, les finestres geminades, o la galeria, combinats amb altres plenament modernistes, com els esgrafiats, els relleus florals, el forjat dels balcons i les reixes o el trencadís de la porta del jardí.
