A Catalan Art Nouveau residence built in 1910 by Josep Masdeu Puigdemasa, known for its columns, the floral decoration of the railings and the geometricised vegetation on the pilasters and lintels. Together with the stucco façade imitating smooth ashlars
on the ground floor and bush-hammered ones on the first floor, the decoration gives the building a marked personality.
