Spectacular not just for its location, but also for its construction, this manor house shows a clear central European influence, as can be seen by the pitch of its roofs. The interplay of volume in the galleries and porches on the ground floor, the platforms on the first floor, together with its tower give it a truly original appearance. Casa Carreras was built in 1925 and probably later renovated. Its garden lost land to the construction of the Ronda de Dalt, which runs underground right in front of it. The initials of its first owner can be seen on its main door. Only the exterior is currently open to visits.
